Our intrepid reviewer, Owen Rubin, reviewed these fine Rickshaw bags on 10-30-08. His incisive review and great photos are a must for those needing a quality messenger-style bag. At the MWSF ’09 show Owen introduced me to Mark Dwight, owner and designer of these pragmatic and stunning bags. At the time I was carrying my MacBook around in a smallish backpack, along with MacWorld materials, and running out of room. Owen said, “come with me. I know exactly what you need.”

With all the controversy surrounding Apple rejecting the Podcaster App from iTunes, we thought it would be a perfect time to have a chat with the App developer, Alex Sokirynsky. Featured roundtable participants include returning hosts Tim Robertson and David Cohen, plus Owen Rubin and Neale Monks. Later in the show, Sam Levin joins in with a Cool Mac Picks, and the roundtable looks back on the weekly happenings in the Mac world, SCSI, and more.

This week, we have six people sit down and chat about the weeks Mac and Apple news. Owen, David, Donny, Tim, Guy, and Rich discuss some of the features in Leopard, as well as installation problems. There is a new malware trojan horse on the Mac, and we look at how you can avoid getting it. Apple sells 2 million copies of Leopard. The iPhone is already hacked, and we look at the real reasons behind NBC’s break from iTunes. Also, a special Book Bytes Live with John Nemo features an interview with the great author Joe Cottonwood!
As always, we would love to have some feedback. Send us an email here, or simply call 1-801-938-5559 and leave a message.
