A hard drive that has the amount of space it is suppose to!

I just bought a IOMEGA eGO 250gb portable drive to use at work.

Drives are notorious for not having the amount of space they are sold as. For example, a 250gb drive might have 240gb on it. This is something that is expected, and not a surprise when you look at the space on your new drive.

Imagine my shock when I checked the amount of space on this drive and it actually said 250gb! In fact it has more space: 250.6gb.

I hope this is the new standard and not a fluke. I doubt it.
