Wouldn’t it be funny if the Shuttle never flew? I mean, they scrubbed the flight today. If they put it off much longer they lose their launch window until next month. Then they have to put the Shuttle off the pad and back into the Shuttle Building. A series of these and after a while a whole season goes by, then it’s too late in the year, so they have to wait until next year. Then there are more problems that crop up, and pretty soon another year has gone by. Maybe they will never get it off the ground – ever.
Wouldn’t it be funny if someone, somehow got to Bin Laden and his chiefs, and converted them to Christianity? Pretty soon they would be coming out and saying that they and all their people are not going to murder other people any more, since they now understood that God is Love and he doesn’t approve of such things. Furthermore, they then want to promote equality between the sexes, and quit suppressing their countries with Medieval social customs.
Wouldn’t it be funny if our Commander-In-Chief suddenly decided that the United States should support the Kyoto Protocol, because all the major nations of the earth need to fight global warming and the pollution of the environment?
Wouldn’t it be funny if everyone who owned an SUV decided to leave them parked at home, and start walking everywhere?
