First out of the keynote, hanging posters of a new iPod, with a larger, wider screen, and a headphone jack on the top right of the iPod.
Second, a new Remote for the Mac, along with a new software app called FrontRow, which allows the Mac to be used as a TV/CD/DVD player.

A new, thinner iMac with built-in iSight, with a larger drive, and includes FrontRow, 17-inch model—ships today.
FrontRow app has iPod like interface. Remote has six buttons, demoed streaming video podcasts. Built in iSight camera is new and improved, with a built in flash feature. New software application for iSight introduced called PhotoBooth.
$1299 US for the 1.5GHZ 17-inch iMac.
$1799 US for the 2.1GHz 20-inch iMac.

New iPod announced, replacing the older models, with a wider screen, with video playback capabilities, but is NOT a video iPod. Note: no video iPod. All new iPods (the large ones) are video capable iPods now.
Features 2.5-inch display, QVGA resolution (320 x 240), with MPEG-4 h.264 and Quicktime.
New iPod 30% thinner, 60GB version in black or white with chrome back – ships next week.

New version of iTunes – 6.0. Features new video downloads – over 2000 music videos now available, for $1.99 each.
10:55 AM Pacific time
All Pixar movies also available for $1.99 each.
One More Thing…
You can buy any TV show episode from ABC, (owned by Disney) for $1.99 each through the new iTunes 6.0. All videos are native QVGA resolution.
11:05 AM Pacific time
TV episodes include Lost, Desperate Housewives, Night Stalker and 2 Disney Channel shows, the day after they are aired, with no commercials, and playable on the Mac or iPod, with a 10 to 20 minute download time.
