I have been spending a lot of time as of late on eBay, both buying and selling. (You can check out my eBay store by clicking here.) I am constantly amazed what people not only sell on eBay, but what they buy! The strangest things are found there. I have yet to not find something I really wanted on eBay, even older items I thought long gone. And if I can’t find it on eBay, then chances are someone, somewhere, will have it. That is only a Google away.
I have to make the trek to the Post Office tomorrow to mail out twenty items sold since Friday on eBay. I hate going to the post office. Our post office does not have any of the “Most Wanted” FBI bulletins, at least not where people are waiting in line. I used to love looking at those. It is amazing how crazy most of those people look. Sometimes, you can judge a book by its cover.
Speaking of which, one of my relatives is having marital problems. Seems her husband is out kissing other women, and does not understand what the big deal is. Oh, did I mention this relative is also almost nine month pregnant? I mean, what kind of a jerk would be out kissing other women, and who knows what else, with a pregnant wife at home? Forget the pregnant part, they already have two kids together. What the hell is he thinking? Then again, with this guy, nothing surprises me. The first time I met him; my very first impression was “What a loser…” Ah well. Then again, toss not the first stone and all that.
So, how are you?
My wife starts her new job tomorrow, meaning I am left home all day with the baby. (Hi Chris!) Okay, not ALL alone. It is summer vacation for our older daughters as well, one turning ten a week from Tuesday, the other nine. They are a HUGE help with their baby sister, but I have had my wife home, everyday, since the start of January. I know some of you are thinking “Wow, they must be at each others throats by now!” Actually, no. My wife and I have this strange relationship in today’s day and age: we actually not only love each other, but also LIKE each other’s company. Pretty strange, eh?
Okay, time to check my biddings on eBay again. Trying to win a twentieth anniversary Macintosh right now! If I win it, I will set in on a shelf in the front room and use it for slideshows. That would make one killer picture frame, no?
