Promotional material is beginning to arrive for MWSF 2006, including snail mail previews from host IDG World Expo and special “only $199 per night plus tax” hotel rates from our friends at Inside Mac Radio.
MyMac.com plans to cover the event with articles, photos, and (hopefully) podcasts and blogs and videos.
Please let us know of particular products and personalities that are essential for your Macintosh experience. We’ll do our best to track them down and report the latest and greatest.
Now is the time to start looking into air fares and Bay Area accomodations, for those of you who will be attending.
Macworld 2006 is the biggest Macintosh event in the world, and I urge you to do everything you can to be there, for one day or the entire week. It’s an annual highlight that can be a life-altering experience for first-time participants.
You don’t need to spend much $$$ (or sometimes anything) to visit the Expo showroom floor and join in the free sessions. Or you can spend a bundle and enrol in formal lectures. Plenty of options are available.
The official web site is: MacworldExpo.com (capital letters not necessary), with regular updates between now and January.
Visit us here at MyMac.com, and listen to our Podcasts, to obtain before, during, and after coverage of MWSF 2006.
