Rating System
Originally, starting in 1995, MyMac.com employed a five-point rating system. (4 out of 5, as an example.) While this rating system served us well for years, it had some major flaws. So starting in October 2009, we have moved to a ten-point rating system that will better reflect the reviewers rating of the product. We also feel confident that our readers understand what the ten-point rating system means without having to spell it out. The ratings are as follows:
