Guy has his new iPhone 5S so everyone should be pleased that he’ll stop whining about it now. Gaz is VERY unhappy with iTunes and podcasts so we can rant about that. However he did make a framed picture so less unhappy. Not sure what the scale would be between happy or not at this point. Businesses in general seem to be pretty happy with iOS so that’s a good thing as lot’s of companies want to cater to that market. Gaz and Guy break it down a bit and say why in their opinion it’s the better platform than other mobile devices.
Guy’s Pick: An anti-app pic. DON’T get the new version of QuickOfficce as it no longer supports multiple cloud services but just Google Drive
Gaz’s App Pick: App Deleting. Either App Delete from our friend Reggie Ashworth for $7.99 or AppZapper $12.95
I also use Hazel ($28.00) to delete Apps but that app also does so much more which if you don’t need means you’re probably better off with certainly one of those above.

What does the English vs American way of saying deep fried thin potato slices, a 1950’s era western satire, the possession of current mobile phones, a conversation of potential new features in an operating system, and the regretted consumption of iced tea flavored vodka drinks have in common? This podcast
Guy’s Pick: 1Password4 by Agilebits $40 on the Mac App Store. Cream of the crop for password managers.
Gaz’s App Pick: Time-Lapse. May have mentioned it before but using it again to get those walking pictures finished and it’s a great little App. £2.99 or $4.99

So STILL no new iPhones for either GMan, but it’s looking like Gaz will get his first. Not that Guy is bitter or anything. They can’t remember what the bet was they made that if Guy loses, Gaz punches him in the nose so Guy lucks out there. A discussion into what the next iPad might be like and then it ALL goes wrong in a hilarious way.

Gaz’s App Pick: Onyx
People’s Pick: Eric Diaz: Angry Birds Star Wars II $0.99
It seems both GMen are getting new iPhones. Guy will be seeing his probably sooner than Gaz due to Apple’s unofficial US first policy. Gaz has a tale of woe about Apple’s AppleTV update which seems to have disappeared. They talk about some of their likes and dislikes about iOS 7 and if you like the after show stuff, you’ll LOVE this episode! Big thanks to all our G+ fans for all their contributions.
Guy’s Pick: Storyist by Storyist Software $59 download, $79 for boxed copy. Companion iOS app $9.99 for Mac and for iOS
Gaz’s App Pick: LibreOffice is an offshoot from the old OpenOffice.org application suite, now renamed Apache OpenOffice.
People’s Pick: From Karl Madden -:- Stickman Downhill for IOS £0.69 ($0.99 Guess)
Possible People Pick? There are games and then there are GAMES that suck away hours of your life! Stickman Downhill is a simple premise, just control your little guy on the bike as he powers down various hillsides while jumping over gaping gaps and petrifying plummets. It might not be the most original game but it’s darn addictive and highly entertaining.
Tim gets fired up about the XBOX 180. David gets his hands on a Windows 8 tablet after a horror story about Dell. Tim picks up a new Pioneer car stereo, Downcast is discussed, new shows in the Stoplight Network, iOS 7 and hands on experience, and how Staples ripped off some friends of Tim’s and how he made it right.
Tim Robertson, David Cohen, and Owen Rubin discuss WWDC 2013, including Mac OS X Mavericks, iOS 7, the new MacBook Air’s, and of course the new Mac Pro. Also on tap is a look at the Epson XP-600, Mail problems on the Mac, and how much they hate printing technology.
Guy is back this week after a nightmare drive to North Carolina which he whines WAY too much about. Gaz has gone PRO! Well, Go Pro anyway and will sone be up to his ears with video footage of him…walking. The MyMac G+ Plus community gets a lot of attention and the GMen talk about the upcoming release of iOS 7 and what they think it will have. Oh and some funny bits scattered throughout.
Guy’s App Pick: Screenflow by Telestream $99.99 at the Mac App Store
Gaz’s App Pick: A six pack game set at a real low price from Feral interactive 19.99 $’s (£13.64) wow did I say these are Mac games, no well they’re Mac games and some cracking titles, I hope you hear this in time as the offer ends Sunday 2nd June. when I checked if you pre ordered you could also get a 10 $ voucher off another Feral game. The downside you have to create an account for the Mac Game store, but to be honest thats a small price.
: Tim Robertson picks Modern Conflict 2. Great turn-based game that takes everything that was great with the first one, and… well, doesn’t mess it up!
