Please excuse my leaving this reply in two places.
In episode 431 of your podcast, you mentioned that hovering over the title bar of an open document will present you with a dropdown menu. This menu shows “rename’, “move to iCloud”, “move to” etc. I found that this menu (when opening a pdf) only worked in the native “preview” app and not in “adobe reader” or “PDFpen”. I believe that may point to this tip being for native apps only. Hope this proves to be a helpful tidbit.
