I have however a dificculty downloading the ATS file. I was prepared for 6 hours download and I arranged to do something else during this period. However, when I came back the download was stopped and I received a message that my time had expired and I should log in again. In my attempt to log in with my Peachpit password I received a message for wrong password. I email the customer service but I received no reply. To be fair probably they have not enough for a reply but you understand I would like to start the course which without the ATS file is useless. Do you have an idea what am I doing wrong?
